ABOUT THE JOB
Residential Cleaning Technician – $22-$26/hr – No Nights, No Weekends – Career Growth

We are an established residential cleaning company serving NW Denver communities. Our team succeeds because we hire people who care about doing excellent work and being dependable teammates.
This is a great fit for someone who wants stable work, clear expectations, and the opportunity to grow based on performance.
Pay & Schedule
- $22–$26/hr starting pay based on performance and reliability
- Structured pay increases tied to measurable performance milestones.
- Weekly pay
- Keep 100% of your tips
- Monday–Friday schedule
- No nights
- No weekends
- Most technicians finish before 5PM while still earning strong full-time income due to our pay structure.
- Full time: typically 30–35 hours
- Part time options available (set weekday availability required)

What You Will Do
Clean 1–3 homes per day following our professional cleaning system.
Tasks include:
- Bathrooms, kitchens, floors
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping
- Making beds and resetting homes
- Detail work and finishing touches
- Following structured checklists
This is active work. Technicians are typically on their feet 6–7 hours daily
Training & Development
- We invest heavily in training because quality matters.
- 5 days paid training
- Gradual schedule build

- Most technicians are fully independent within 3–6 weeks.

Requirements (Please Read Carefully)
- Valid driver’s license
- We hire for attitude and reliability and train for skill.
- Reliable insured personal vehicle
- Available Monday–Friday
- Able to lift 25–40 pounds
- Able to be physically active most of the day
- Strong reliability history
- Professional communication skills
- Reference checks required.
